1. Our atmosphere. I'll put my money on CrossFit Algiers as the best, most welcoming and diverse gym in the city - probably the country, actually. We value and respect every person who comes through our doors. We have spent a lot of time and money training our staff to give them the tools to protect and promote that culture of inclusiveness. 2. Our program. The Foundations program is a specifically designed set of workouts that teach the basic movements of CrossFit. But it's more than that. Our workouts and class design are built to improve mental fitness and confidence as well as physical fitness. Between me and my co-owner and husband Andy, we have more than 30 years of experience working with military teams. We know how to get the best performance out of a group of people and how to bring individuals together to achieve their most.
3. Our results. We've been putting on these Foundations courses for seven years. We test the students at the beginning of the course and at the end. Hundreds of people have graduated. One hundred percent of those people have improved their fitness scores. It's not easy to make significant improvements in just two weeks, but we've done it for every person, every time.
