One Month In - How are those resolutions holding up, CrossFitters?

I have talked to many of you in the last month about what you want to accomplish. Let me assure you - goals are critical to your success. But they aren't all you need ... to really SMASH it in 2017, you're going to need to stay accountable.

The photo  is from when I was training for the Clash at the Capstone bodybuilding show four years ago. Those first measurements were painful to me. I DID NOT want to go in and SEE the proof of where I was. And I didn't like the next few times my coach measured me either.

 

But without tracking and accountability, I would have never seen the needle move in the right direction. Ignorance is truly bliss, but if you have shit you want to accomplish - you can't afford to stay dumb.

Bite the bullet and track your progress -if it's weight on the bar, weight on the scale, or whatever YOU said you'd do.

Or you can go old school like me and use a notebook.

Whatever works for you. But remember - what gets measured, gets MANAGED.
