Our Foundations course is the premiere group “Intro to CrossFit” you’ve been looking for, and it is appropriate for all fitness levels. You will learn the basic CrossFit movements, have a lot of fun, and get faster and stronger in this two-week course.
Cost is $149. We meet Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15pm. We will wrap up Saturday at 10am after the two weeks.

Group Class Training
Our flagship CrossFit classes are ideal for fitness, feeling great, and looking better naked! You will build functional strength, speed and conditioning – but most importantly, you’re going to have a great time doing it. We tailor every workout to you – no matter what your current fitness level. We care about you and your goals, and we’re going to make sure you achieve them. Our athletes are assigned to goal teams, where they get individual help and accountability from a dedicated coach. It’s all about relationships and YOU at CrossFit Algiers.
Sometimes there’s no replacement for a personal relationship. If you need 1-on-1 training to break through a plateau, really smash your goals, or just prefer working out with a personal trainer, we’ve got you covered. Our phenomenal coaches can tailor a program exclusively for you and will be there for you each step of the way.
Your body composition is 80% due to your diet – not your training. Don’t take a chance with your nutrition. We will provide you with detailed assessments of your current physique and nutrition intake, and then come up with a personalized macronutrient prescription to fit your life and your goals. Ongoing assessment and revision is included!
Shred U is our premier six week nutrition and fitness challenge. Cost is $249 for new members which includes three group classes a week plus two team workouts. Baseline workout and measurements will be taken at the beginning of the challenge and compared to the end of the challenge. Athletes will be led by our team of coaches throughout the six week challenge. Nutrition and maintaining consistency are the main goals of this program. The challenge starts the weekend after Mardi Gras.
