If you have tested a 3 rep max recently, pick a weight to stay at over all sets. Newer athletes may add weight over sets.



RX-Plus will be to do "deficit" deadlifts using one weight over all sets. Complete a deficit deadlift by standing on plates to make your grip on the barbell lower than normal. There is no way to set up RX Plus on Wodify for this type workout, so just note RX Plus and deficit in the comments to score.
