60 Double Unders

8 DB Lunges

30 Lying Toes-to-Bar

6 OH DB Lunges

30 Up-Downs Over DB

--- Substitute single unders in place of double unders as needed.

--- Ideally you want a moderate DB loading and to use two dbs for all movements.
