Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)
Complete all 8 tabata intervals then rotate to next station. Divide class into groups starting at each of the four stations:
Push press w/dbs, kbs or bb
Lunges in place
Mountain climbers plus push up (each rep is mountain climber on each leg plus one push up)
Toes to Bar
Score LOWEST number of reps in each interval, then add lowest intervals together for total score. (You should have one score for each exercise, then add each of those scores together)
