One partner works at a time, tagging their partner once the movement/reps for movement is performed. Each movement must be completed by both partners before moving onto the next. Workout is complete once last partner returns from final run.
Record your time as your score. Include weight for step ups and goblet squats under notes section.
Weights: Dumbbells or Kettle bells for step ups and Goblet Squats
Scaling: Step Ups/Squats w/o weights
