Metcon (No Measure)
Today is RECOVERY DAY!
We will have 10:00 of mobility work, 30 minutes of skill plus run or row, followed by 10:00 of mobility.
Pick a SKILL (or Two) and we'll assign you some progressions. Work on your SKILL, and then every 8 or 10 minutes, complete a 400m run or 500m row at a moderate pace. At 10:50, we'll go back to stretching and/or mobility.
